Come along to a workshop designed to energise both the body and mind in a supportive, feel good environment.You’ll begin seated, moving through a series of gentle physical exercises that stimulate all areas of the brain. If you feel comfortable, you’re welcome to continue standing or moving through the space — or remain seated the entire time.
This is your chance to step away from the stress and pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. There’s no pressure to be perfect.
It’s all about great music, meaningful movement, and feeling more energised, relaxed, and connected. No dance experience needed — just come as you are. Stay afterwards for a coffee and chat.
