Learn important life skills and how to eat healthy with interactive activities that help you cook, prepare and plan easy, healthy and tasty meals.

You’ll also learn ways to choose healthy food and meal plan on a budget, read food labels, and get an understanding of types of food you should eat each day for overall health and wellbeing.

These interactive sessions give you the knowledge and skills to make healthy choices before cooking some delicious recipes. The best part is sitting down together to enjoy your freshly cooked meal. Crosslinks is grateful to Carers WA for funding this series.

This is a two-part series for carers who support people with disability, mental health challenges, or complex needs to gain confidence in the kitchen with simple, tasty and healthy meals. This program is suitable for all levels cooking experience.
