Contemporary Indigenous artist Curtis Taylor works across mixed media to share personal stories, cultural knowledge and lived experiences.

His practice is not bound by traditional expectations, instead using art as a powerful form of expression and reflection. Taylor's sculptures of dogs is homage to camp dogs from remote communities.

His work explores identity, perception and experiences of racism, offering insight into contemporary Aboriginal life. Alongside his visual art practice, Taylor is also an award-winning filmmaker whose screen works have been shown at international film festivals.
