Rubbish bin and bulk rubbish collections will not occur on Friday April 10, 2020. All bins normally emptied on Friday will be emptied on Saturday April 11, 2020. Administration will be closed for the Good Friday and Easter Monday public holidays. For matters that are dangerous or pose a safety risk only, please call 9267 9267. All online requests will be actioned once the City reopens.
Some 2019 City of Swan rates notices have been issued incorrectly showing a zero dollar balance and/or no instalment calculators. If you have been affected, please ignore this rates notice as a new notice with the correct balance has been issued.

Requests for Information about Owners and Occupiers, Electors and/or Ratepayers
Help for ratepayers who are experiencing extreme financial hardship. Find out if interest on your outstanding rates can be waived for the financial year (to a maximum of $400).
If a local government has an imminent sale of land for recovery of rates, the Notice requiring payment of the rates will appear on the City's website for no less than 35 days.
