September 22, 2020 - Introduction to ‘Stop Being So Bloody Nice’ and Influencing Up
People who manage volunteers are usually nice people. Unfortunately, our niceness can hold us back. With the help of Chuck Norris, Ned Flanders and Victor Meldrew we’ll explore some fundamentals necessary to help your senior leadership gain a new perspective on volunteering today and understand how their philosophy and daily actions lay the foundation for the effective volunteer involvement. September 23, 2020 - Philosophy of volunteering

The workshop will be highly interactive and is always a bit provocative and a lot of fun. Book now: https://www.trybooking.com/BLDUO
September 24, 2020 - Measuring volunteering and 'Ask Rob Anything’
