Aged & disability services

The City of Swan aspires to be a connected and cohesive community and celebrates the diversity of its people and places.

To ensure all community members can benefit from our library services, each of our facilities provides:

  • wheelchair access;
  • a wide selection of fiction and non-fiction books in large print and audio CD;
  • a House-Bound Service for those with limited mobility;  and
  • DVDs with audio description and closed captions.

Housebound Service

If you're a member of one of our libraries, live in the City of Swan and you’re physically unable to access one of our libraries, our Housebound Service can come to you.

Activ Learning & Discovery Centre
