Event description
Artist Jessica Logan will guide participants through portrait painting techniques in acrylics, focusing on colour play, proportion, and overcoming common portrait challenges. You’ll work from life and/or reference photos, be invited to push your boundaries, and receive step‑by‑step demonstrations and individual guidance to unlock your creative potential.All basic materials are provided (acrylic paints, brushes, palettes, canvas/paper, easels, aprons). Please bring an iPad or phone if you’d like to use a reference photo of the subject.
Suitable for beginners to intermediate painters wanting to develop portrait skills.
Please book in as spaces are limited.
This program is suitable for 16+ and is a hands-on workshop. Please book one ticket for each person attending. Photography and videography may be taken at this event. Images and footage may be used by the City of Swan and event organisers for marketing and promotional purposes.
