A beautiful picnic spot right on the river’s edge in the heart of the Swan Valley’s vineyards. Besides picnic tables and park benches there is a range of modern playground equipment for the children.

The Maali Bridge is a pedestrian and cyclist bridge connecting Barrett St Herne Hill with Douglas Rd Henley Brook. Listen to birdsong and sounds of flowing water in this tranquil park.

The park is also the home of Spirit of Maali, a sculpture inspired by Midland Aboriginal artist Jeanette Garlett’s childhood memories of watching black swans in the Swan Valley.
