The location is well serviced, with cafés nearby and public transport, including bus and train, within walking distance of about 600 metres. Paid parking is available directly opposite the building for $9 per day.

Wi-Fi is available within the building. Users will need to bring their own equipment, such as a laptop or monitor, as no additional equipment is provided.

Units 17 and 18B

These comfortable, fully furnished offices provide a quiet and professional environment, ideal for individual work or small meetings.

The offices are located within a shared office complex occupied by a variety of businesses with access to shared kitchen facilities. Users must bring their own supplies, and shared on-site toilet amenities are available. 

The room is set up with a desk and a small meeting area suitable for up to two people, making it perfect for interviews, study sessions or focused work.

The location is well serviced, with cafés nearby and public transport, including bus and train, within easy walking distance of about 600 metres. Paid parking is available directly opposite the building for $9 per day.

Wi-Fi is available within the building. Users must bring their own equipment, such as a laptop or monitor, as no additional equipment is provided.

Please note that the City holds a Casual Hirers Liability Insurance Policy to protect hirers of the City. To be eligible to claim under the policy, hirers must meet the following definition:

• A casual hirer is any person or group of persons, excluding sporting bodies, clubs, associations, corporations or incorporated bodies, who hires a council facility for non-commercial or non-profit purposes less frequently than once per calendar month or 12 times per calendar year.

If a claim arises, the City will lodge the claim on behalf of a casual hirer with the Local Government Mutual Indemnity Scheme. The policy $500 excess, which the hirer is responsible for paying.
