Bridging Auslan course

Event description

Kim Kossenberg, an experienced Auslan teacher, will lead 9 sessions which teach intermediate skills to communicate with Deaf people in Auslan. This program will follow on from the ‘Introduction to Auslan’ program and will require you to have basic Auslan skills to attend. As well as learning more Auslan signs, this program will guide you through learning the deeper aspects of the grammar of Auslan, as well as the use and placement of Auslan.

Please note that it is necessary to attend all 9 sessions as the skills taught in each lesson lay the foundation for the subsequent sessions. Please ensure you are available and able to attend each session before you book your ticket. If you are absent from a session without notice, your ticket for subsequent sessions may be cancelled.

This program is suitable for adults aged 18+ and is a hands-on workshop. Photographs and videos may be taken of the event. Please book one ticket for each person attending.
