Amy Sloan, creator of Nonna Life, presents this workshop which will include everything you need to know about getting started with fermentation - from the process, to the equipment and how to store and keep your ferments.
You'll also get to sample sauerkraut, kombucha, kimchi and lacto-fermented pickles after Amy demonstrates the whole process on how to make them.

This program is suitable for 18+ and is a workshop without hands-on activities. Photographs and videos may be taken of the event. Please book one ticket for each person attending.
