In this 2-day professional development workshop with renowned ceramicist Bernard Kerr you will investigate the nature of glass and ceramic glazes to make both aesthetic and functional surfaces for your ceramics.Over the 2 days you will
- develop an understanding of the three major components of glazes.
- discover how to manipulate mixtures and vary the proportions of components to achieve desired colours, surfaces and properties
- create a useful method for recording experimental results.
