Event description
Start with a gentle yoga session, then stretch your legs with a peaceful stroll through the beautiful Dayton District Open Space.Attendees will also have the opportunity to wind down with a warm cuppa while connecting with others.
Come and go as you please. All are welcome.
- Yoga from 9.30-10.15am
- Walk from 10.30-11am
- Coffee from 11am-12pm
What to bring:
- Yoga mat (if you're participating in yoga)
- Water bottle
- Towel
Please wear enclosed shoes and comfortable clothes.
