What Horses Teach Us About Ourselves

Event description

Join counsellor and equine assisted therapy practitioner Carmody Glass, founder of EKE - Equine Kinship Experience, for a fascinating talk exploring the unique connection between humans and horses.

Horses are highly sensitive animals that naturally read body language, emotional energy and intention. Because of this, they often respond to human emotions in ways that provide immediate and honest feedback about how we communicate and interact with the world. This talk will explore the wonderful world of Equine Therapy and its benefits.

Carmody will also share her personal journey into this work and how horses are helping people reconnect with themselves, build confidence and develop greater emotional awareness.

Please book in as spaces are limited.

This program is suitable for adults age 18+ and is a workshop without Hands-on activities. Please book one ticket for each person attending. Photography and videography may be taken at this event. Images and footage may be used by the City of Swan and event organisers for marketing and promotional purposes.
