Swan grants are here to help

Every project, program, or event funded by Swan grants achieve one or more of these goals:

• Build a strong sense of community health, safety and wellbeing
• Build social inclusion and connectivity in local places and areas
• Sustainable and optimal use of City resources
• Actively support and develop thriving local businesses and centres.

Central Funding Register

Swan Grants support inclusive, community-led initiatives that address community needs. We welcome applications from anyone based in, or delivering projects in the City of Swan.
