Rise works with young people who may be struggling in areas of homelessness, education, relationships and family issues. They have a Drop-in Centre for times when youth just want to chill with their friends. The youth team works mainly in the North Eastern corridor, from Chidlow through to Darch and into Mt Lawley, and includes suburbs such as Midland, Stratton, Morley, Balga and Ellenbrook.

The agency provides support and assistance to young people at risk. Primarily concentrating upon the Balga, Girrawheen, Mirrabooka, Koondoola and surrounding suburbs. Assistance includes information, referral, support, advocacy, health services and alternative education programs. Free service.

360 deliver free and low cost services to people across WA who need them most These services currently include over 80 programs addressing a range of health and social issues, such as 360 Street Doctor, a mobile GP clinic which provides free services to people who are homeless, Partners in Recovery, a service to support those with severe mental health issues and the Healthy Lifestyle Program, helping those at high risk of developing chronic disease.

The Young Parent’s Support Program (YPSP) is a support and advocacy service for pregnant and parenting ‘at risk’ young people aged up to 25 years, within the metropolitan area. The service involves individual parenting support through advocacy, outreach and informal counselling.

Eligibility criteria applies. Trinity Learning Centre is for young women who are having, or already have a child, and want to continue their secondary education.
