The City of Swan is committed to delivering a range of outstanding services, facilities and events to our community and businesses.
Each year, we seek feedback from our community members and business owners to help us meet your needs and priorities.
To ensure the most accurate and relevant feedback, we have provided two surveys – one for community members and one for business owners.
The surveys generally take five to 10 minutes to complete or slightly longer if you want to expand on your written responses.
Independent consultancy CATALYSE® is supporting the survey.
Your contact details and results are dealt with in the strictest of confidence in accordance with the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles.
Catalyse will email invitations to randomly selected residents and ratepayers, and to businesses in the City’s database.
