The construction of a new intergenerational playspace in Ballajura will feature a nature-based play area and ninja assault course. It will also provide shelter, seating, and picnic facilities.

The City will be installing a network of drainage cells underneath the playspace to mitigate flooding issues.
In 2023, the City consulted with local schools for name suggestions. Suggestions received by students are being assessed for suitability and checked against Landgate requirements for naming parks.
