Join us for a playful, thought provoking series of community education workshops to support you to engage with end of life planning in a new way! Your host, Erin, hopes you leave feeling inspired by the multitude of end of life possibilities - we have more choice and control than we are led to believe. You'll also develop skills to have conversations with the people most important to you about your end-of-life plans. This is a death and grief literacy skill building series where each workshop is connected. We recommend if possible that you attend all four, but any is better than none.Join Erin for an informative and engaging chat around all things related to Advanced Health Directives. Before creating an Advance Health Directive (AHD), it is important to have a good understanding of what advance healthcare planning is and what is involved in the planning process. These are YOUR choices for YOUR health and personal care goals.

This program is suitable for adults, aged 18+ and is a hands-on workshop. Please book one ticket for each person attending. Photography and videography may be taken at this event. Images and footage may be used by the City of Swan and event organisers for marketing and promotional purposes.
