Did you know that there are 433,000 Australians living with dementia? Or that two in three people living with dementia are part of the community?The Swan Dementia Alliance is working with the community to build dementia-friendly spaces that are welcoming, inclusive, and supportive.
Would you like to learn how you can be part of this positive change?
