Reporting an issue with the City

Spotted something in our community needing attention? Snap Send Solve is an app which allows clubs to report a range of issues including turf issues, locks on change room doors, lighting issues and graffiti.

This is the quickest and best way to let us know if something needs attention.

Download and install the Snap Send Solve app(open in new window).

The City’s dedicated Bookings team can help with clubs’ seasonal and pre-seasonal ground bookings.

City Officers can help with clubs’ seasonal and pre-season ground bookings.

Clubs will be contacted ahead of each season to request booking requirements for the upcoming season.

If a club wishes to have any modifications to a City-owned/managed building or ground, an application must be made to the City. The application will be subject to an approval process, requiring supporting documentation from the club submitting the request.

If in-principle support is given, clubs may be required to:

  • Provide written support from other user groups of the facility
  • Either provide full or part financial contribution to any suggested project or modification request
  • Continue to be responsible for any maintenance required to the facility during the approval process.

To apply for any modifications, clubs are required to complete and submit the Request for Alterations and Additions to City Facilities form or speak to their Club Development Officer.

Please note, requests are subject to a stringent approval process.
