Event description

Our lives and the world can feel increasingly overwhelming, so taking a moment for ourselves to pause is important. Meditation help to lower stress levels, increase a sense of wellbeing and calm, aid creativity and innovation, overall empowering individuals to be feel their best.

Faith Ransom is offering free meditations to the community as part of her meditation facilitation course. 

Who is this event for?

This event is for people who don't think they can meditate but would like to try. 
Everyone can meditate; it is a practice that is never perfect.

If you can bring your attention back to focus after getting distracted, then you can meditate. 

If you already enjoy meditation, this event is also for you.
