Introduction to Sports Taping

Event description

Limited to just 15 participants – first in, best dressed. This course won’t be offered again until later in 2026 – don’t wait.

What you’ll learn

This hands-on, beginner-friendly session is designed to teach safe, effective taping techniques for:
  • Ankles
  • Fingers
  • Thumbs
  • Plus the principles of athletic taping and injury prevention.

This course is ideal for:
  • Coaches, first aiders, team managers, parents, and players
  • Clubs across all sports – especially football, netball, basketball, soccer, rugby, tennis, and athletics.

Whether you're helping players stay on the field or assisting with injury recovery, taping is a vital skill that supports athlete safety and performance.
