NAIDOC Week is a time of celebration and recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ history, culture, and achievements.

This year marks 50 years of the week-long celebrations, with the theme ‘The next generation: strength, vision and legacy'.

Thursday, July 3, 10am-12noon, Kingfisher Oval, Ballajura

Join us for a Welcome to Country, smoking ceremony, Midn Marr Dance Group, local Aboriginal artists, community stalls, and more.

NAIDOC Week Celebration

Friday, July 11, 4-7pm, Ellenbrook Youth Centre

Enjoy kangaroo stew, live music and performances, a photobooth, arts and crafts and more. This event is open to all ages.

Brabham NAIDOC Week Celebration

Saturday, July 12, 10am-1pm, Honeycombe Park, Brabham

Join us for a Welcome to Country, smoking ceremony, flag raising, Midn Marr Dance Group, community stalls, bush tucker tasking, karaoke competition and more.
