This course provides a foundational knowledge about neurodiversity, but the key focus centres on practical ways managers can identify neurodivergent staff and volunteers (given that status is often not disclosed) and both accommodate for and work with those staff and volunteers.Practical, interactive and engaging, this course will build skills in managing neurodivergent people and getting the best from diverse teams.
Laura Rigden is a Mental Health and Leadership Trainer with a strong academic background in neuroscience and postgraduate psychology. Originally from Western Australia, she brings over a decade of international experience across workplace health, injury prevention and management, along with mental health education.
