Event description
In this 1.5 hour session, Kelly Seitz of Kelly’s Wellness will guide us through a series of nourishing movements to a soundtrack of music and poetry. We will finish with a lesson on how to write your own poetic meditation with Perth poetry teacher Elizabeth Lewis.Beginners welcome. BYO yoga mat, water bottle, towel, notebook and pen or pencil.

This program is suitable for 18+ and is a hands-on workshop. Please book one ticket for each person attending. Photography and videography may be taken at this event. Images and footage may be used by the City of Swan and event organisers for marketing and promotional purposes.
